My goal is 168lbs so only another 18.7lbs 14.3lbs 16.2lbs 18.2lbs 16.2lbs 14 15.8lbs 12lbs 7.6lbs to go!!

  2. How far are you away from your goal? I'll admit this last 20lbs is harder but I think that's because I became complacent about my food tracking, thinking the weight was falling off on its own!! Dumb huh!!
    Which is why I've started afresh (my post I'm calling this day one explains) and I'm hoping to consistently lose 1lb a week - I'm hoping this will allow me to enjoy life AND lose weight - after all this is for life and I've been fat for years so I can wait a couple more months to be thin forever can't I!!
